We know you can be spoiled for choice when it comes to choosing a radiator online. What makes Richmond Radiators any different? Well, unlike many resellers, who stock much wider ranges of products far beyond just heating (and as such do not stock or specialise in any single field), we are a dedicated heating specialist, and know our products extremely well.

Many resellers simply ‘dropship’ items whereas Richmond Radiators sister company have a fully stocked Yorkshire based warehouse capable of servicing true next day deliveries across all of our range. We specialise, further, in electric heating and have many years experience in providing tailored home and office heating assessments ensuring the idillic comfort and control you deserve!

We only source and stock the highest quality heating products, all extensively tested and backed by our quibble free guarantees so if it’s peace of mind that’s important to you, there’s no better choice!

Can I view these products in person?

Yes! Our Richmond, North Yorkshire showroom is open Tuesday – Saturday from 8:30am – 5:00pm. We can demonstrate all of the products we list online and can offer tailored advice and solutions for your personal heating requirements.

What are my Delivery Options?

We work with overnight courier FEDEX and ship every weekday on a next-day service for customers in the UK. All mainland UK deliveries are FREE and must be signed for. Charges apply for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland*. International orders are shipped same day and may take 3-4 days within Europe. Customers purchasing outside of the UK will be subject to additional shipping charges, though our rates are kept as low as possible and are transparently calculated on the checkout pages.

We advise to check your parcel on immediate arrival to ensure it is in excellent condition before booking any tradesmen as we must report transit damage within 24hours of signature. A detailed delivery policy outlining these and other important information can be found here.

What are my Returns Options?

While we want everyone who deals with us to be delighted by both product and service, we understand that sometimes returns are unavoidable and of course we accept returns for a variety of genuine reasons.

Yes!

We have extensive heating system design and heat loss calculation experience both in-house and via our sister company.

We can provide plans for small, medium or large scale installations, and have worked on many projects with domestic, commercial or industrial goals. We are frequently called upon by Architects, Building Contractors, Electricians, Plumbers, Retailers and Public Sector Organisations.
